Since I created a separate blog just for food (my personal blog can be found here), it's pretty evident how much I love it. I enjoy trying out new dishes and new restaurants, I'm only beginning my culinary adventures in the kitchen (as of 2014), and I'm a self-proclaimed foodie wannabe.
To offset all the calories I consume, I try to work out religiously: I swim, bike, and run. I joined my first triathlon race in November 2014 and have since been racing under a triathlon team.
I talk a lot online (you can find me here; here; and here, only if I know you personally), but in real life, I'm a classic introvert. The things I write about, take pictures of, or document on social media could be anything from my travels, work adventures, the sports I'm into, my dogs, the books I read, or ministry endeavors.
I take a lot of pictures, but nowadays, just with my iPhone. It's more than enough for me to get by. But I do have my photography "team" consisting of a Canon EOS 500D, an Olympus Pen EP-2 (and a bunch of lenses for both systems), a Canon SX160 IS, and a GoPro Hero 3 (but definitely not to shoot food with).
The name of this blog came from the expression my youngest brother uses whenever he's full after a meal; almost without warning, he drifts off into La La Land. Hopefully, as I do restaurant reviews, write about random food anecdotes, or my (mis)adventures in the kitchen, both you and I will get hit with food coma-titis as well.
